安全隱患+私隱侵犯！被陌生人開房門，前台冷漠，保潔反咬一口！
入住酒店：** [宜春市希岸酒店]
入住日期：** [2025年7月20號（不要問我為什麼是之前的訂單 日期卻在後麪 因為我7.20號是在閑暇，直接開的 沒有訂單給不了差評 衹能在之前的訂單裏面給差評 不給我真的氣的睡不着覺！ 下面我會放付款截圖上面會有時間 金額）]

這次入住經歷堪稱噩夢！嚴重的安全隱患和酒店方極其糟糕的應對，讓我感到極度憤怒和後怕！必須給差評提醒其他消費者！
1. 驚魂“隨便開門”事件：當天有公安例行檢查，按要求登記後我們關門休息。結果大約半小時後，房門竟然被一個不明身份的人用房卡打開了！我和同伴在房間裏嚇得心臟驟停！這要是遇到壞人後果不堪設想！我們立刻打電話給前台反映情況。
2. 前台應對無能，處理方案為零：前台接到電話後，衹是輕描淡寫地表示“知道了”，衹説給免費延時兩小時 我讓她給我回電話説清楚原因並要求看監控 也並沒有做到 完全沒有提供任何實質性的解決方案、解釋或道歉！對於如此嚴重的安全事故（房間能被陌生人隨意打開），前台的態度冷漠且敷衍，彷彿這不是什麼大事！這讓我們對酒店的安全管理徹底失去信心，整天都提心吊膽，根本無法安心休息！
3. 保潔強行闖入，反咬客人不吱聲！退房時間臨近，保潔阿姨來敲門。我們在房間內非常清晰地、大聲地迴應了“裏面有人！”。結果呢？這位阿姨僅僅象徵性地敲了兩下門（甚至沒等我們走到門口），直接用房卡開門闖了進來！萬幸我們之前因為被開門有了陰影，自己加了一層門栓保險！否則又要經歷一次“被破門”！最讓人氣憤的是，她不僅不道歉，反而怪我們“不吱聲”！我們明明大聲迴應了！難道酒店的門鎖系統外面沒有顯示“請勿打擾”或“有人”狀態嗎？即使沒有，基本的禮貌和操作規範難道不是敲門後等待客人開門或明確迴應嗎？這種強行闖入的行為是對客人私隱的嚴重侵犯！
安全管理形同虛設：房門能被非住客/非必要工作人員隨意打開（無論是陌生人還是保潔），這是致命的漏洞！
員工培訓嚴重缺失：前台對重大安全問題麻木不仁，毫無處理能力；保潔無視客人存在強行闖入，事後推卸責任，態度惡劣！
毫無私隱和安全感可言：兩次被強行“開門”的經歷，讓人感覺在這個酒店毫無私隱和安全保障！
服務意識極差：從始至終，酒店方沒有任何人因為這兩起嚴重事件向我們表達真誠的歉意。
強烈不推薦！一家連客人最基本的人身安全、私隱保護和休息權都無法保障的酒店，根本不值得入住！當連“不被陌生人闖入”都成了一種奢望，這酒店還有什麼底線可言？這次經歷讓我感到極其失望和憤怒，永遠不會再選擇這家酒店！也請大家務必謹慎選擇，避免遭遇類似驚嚇和侵犯！
