酒店很大，温泉很好，服務人員友善，特別是温泉和泳池的服務人員特別特別好。園區很大，但離温湯鎮有些距離。
我這次可能運氣不好，入住的房間有些問題。先是晚上10點半房間的鬧鐘突然響了，嚇人一跳。然後午夜1點，本已熄燈入睡，不知是電路故障、未知生物還是神祕力量的原因，房間大燈突然亮了（不是門口感應燈，是躺下正對着頭的大燈）。關掉。2點半，再次無故自亮。關掉。凌晨5點，又亮，這次不關了，我不睡了還不成嗎！

酒店很大有温泉和餐廳，早餐味道不錯是五星級的標準，前台小王服務很好幫我升級了房型。房間很乾凈看起來有點年代了，設施齊全需要什麼阿姨立馬送過來。温泉是含硒的很出名泡起來很舒服，人不是很多還下點小雨氛圍感十足，拍照打卡都出片。

環境：酒店面積大，酒店環境及周邊環境都很 nice ，植被豐富，空氣清新。
設施：設施設備配備很齊全，房間面積也很大。
衞生：大堂環境好，乾淨寬敞，房間衞生做的也很好，很細緻。
服務：辦理入住前台小楓小姐姐特別細心周到，服務熱情，讓人覺得賓至如歸。
温泉池子多，隱於林間，環境優美，讓人覺得很舒服。
第二天的早餐也豐富多樣，小朋友玩的特別開心，下次還來。

感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，大堂李經理從入住後就一直關注我們的需求，讓我們真切的感受到賓至如歸，每次過來都會提前跟李經理打招呼，幫我們安排的妥妥的。房間還是我們喜歡的佈局朝向，風景很好，衞生乾淨，住得很是舒心！早餐品種很多，温泉各種特色泡池，泡完整個人都輕鬆不少。酒店還配有健身房，特別方便，交通也是很方便的，推薦沒來過的朋友
