大過年的大年初一，洗澡居然沒有熱水，更別過泡澡，而且房間圖片看到泡池是在陽台，拿到房間居然就是一個浴缸，無語至極，而且沒熱水打電話被告知是温泉水斷水了重新加水，問需要多久才熱，前台回覆不知道，我説辦法洗澡，叫我用熱水壺燒熱水洗洗腳，這就是這家酒店的服務，而且整棟樓都被外包各種不同的酒店或者私人，安全性極差！！！暖氣也是不夠暖的，還跟我説已經換了新的機子，真不知道那些沒換的房間是有多冷#房間設施
