按照地址導航到了之後沒有找到，然後打電話聯繫商家，商家讓我加他微信給我發個位置，説我定的房間不在這個小區，商家並沒有提前告知，之後説讓我去看看不行給我退款，再導航到商家給的位置特別偏僻，路也不好走，還是室外樓梯剛下完雨特別滑，我説太偏僻了，領着長者和小孩不方便就退款吧，結果商家又不同意了，過後又給我打電話確定問我是不是不住了，我説確定，不退款我也不會住了，結果商家説那他掛網上繼續賣這個房間了，別到時候我再回去住，你好像是沒見過錢，這麼沒有誠信的商家，真不知道你的生意是否能長久。
