特惠房比較小，但是乾淨整潔。尤其是位置特別好，離升輝市場車程幾分鐘，非常方便。另外因為帶了狗，本來酒店是沒有寫可以帶寵物的，和老闆商量後付了清潔費允許我們入住了，非常感謝！

房間很乾凈，今年新裝修開業的民宿，地理位置也好，馬路對面是當地有名的郭記餐館，距離升輝早市走路十分鐘左右可以到達。
説下缺點，房間太小，幾乎沒走動地方，廁所間沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡地面全部濕噠噠，特別潮濕。

十一期間，伊春所有酒店都溢價，真是讓人無語，最離譜的是這個868價格的酒店，沒有空調，沒有電梯！

伊春市的住宿整體水平不高，大家每年大約衹靠旺季維持全年，導致家庭旅館也要出了精品民宿的價格。伊春是太棒的旅遊目的地，要是連鎖品牌酒店能進駐就好了
