房間算是一層，晚上就發現三衹蟲子，包括蚰蜒。廁所的馬桶插座沒有防濺保護，廁所跟外面沒有設計擋水條，水會流到外面，投影儀也是有問題的。衹能説店主服務很好，但是設施差點意思了，希望能好好維護一下。

這真是我住過衞生最差的民宿，一進門的地墊上全是灰塵，窗台上空調下都是蜘蛛網，床頭的灰不知道多久沒擦了，好厚一層，衞生間東西亂堆在那裡，整個房間沒有一點整齊感，哪哪都是灰塵，臟亂，床墊一邊是凹陷下去的，位置比較偏，在一個老舊小區裏面租了這麼一間房，總之花二百多住出了幾十元小旅館的感覺。老闆娘也很有意思，和她反饋問題，她的話好笑吧，服務行業這反應也是絕了。那些好評不可信呀，避坑吧

還可以，位置在市中心，房間還算大的，兩個房間還有一個大冰箱，可以冰下飲料什麼的
樓下有一條街，可以去吃飯買下飲料什麼的

房間收拾的很乾凈，淋浴間很好，三樓比較方便，樓下停車位充裕，比較推崇的入住模式，和房主衹用短訊和電話溝通，效果非常好，互相信任也互不打擾！房子在伊旺河旁，由於去的幾天天氣不佳，沒有感受周邊的生態環境，有些缺憾！對房主表示感謝：感謝他的熱情，及時告知及時溝通，對於鑰匙和電子鎖處理的及時有效，看得出是個務實踏實的人；感謝他的細心，衹是順嘴説要帶孩子入住，房主就特意備了孩子的小被子，另外從房屋裝修的品質上，從水過濾器、冰箱、晾衣架上看的出，房主是個熱誠細緻的人。謝謝房主的周到👍👍
