有緣預訂到了酒店的最後兩個房間，一進門便得到了老闆和店長的盛情接待，給人滿滿賓至如歸的感覺，房間設計合理，硬件設施不錯，山景也是獨特體驗，入住一晚，各項需求及時響應，服務百分百沒話講，酒店的紅富士老媽心心念念，説到家後一定立即購買郵寄，聽説老闆在本地小有名氣，哈哈，飯店吃飯時都説知道這個酒店，同行口碑也是不錯，下次有機會再提前預訂其他景觀房體驗一下。

這次入住壺口瀑布綠野酒店，體驗超棒！位置便利近景區，房間智能又乾淨，配套設施也豐富，服務更是貼心。前台的東北老妹熱情周到又有趣，辦理入住時不僅效率超高，還特別耐心地介紹房間服務設施和防滑到注意事項，有問必答，讓初來乍到的我心裏特別暖，好感度直接拉滿！必須點贊，下次來還住這兒 ！

首先服務特別好，超乎我的想象。
開始訂的時候沒有早餐，但是老闆熱情的贈送了早餐，還有伴手禮，非常感謝前台小姐姐的服務。
衞生不錯，而且停車挺方便的，距離景區的位置非常近。睡覺的房間非常安靜。也非常的智能，總體來説是一個性價比特別高的酒店。下次再來的時候還會入住。

訂了標間免費升級豪華大套間，太好了。前台的茶點蘋果咖啡任吃。每個房間10瓶水，不夠可以再加，服務太好了。超5星服務。

進到這家酒店，前台姐姐特別熱情的招呼我們，給我們介紹酒店服務，全程面帶微笑，很有感染力，散發著一種正能量的魅力。前台桌子上為客人準備了石饃、蘋果、糖還有茶葉，旁邊還有一個小桌子為客人提供熱的瓶裝礦泉水、牛奶和咖啡，老闆真的很細心、大氣，房間也温馨，大山裡室外很冷，但是進到房間，就換上了夏季穿的衣服，像回家一樣。下次再來壺口瀑布還會住在這裏。
