The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is great. In addition, there are four points that are particularly worth mentioning: the first proprietress’s food is delicious; the second boss’s play suggestions are very practical (and the boss can arrange the pick-up and purchase of tickets for the Three Gorges family); the third can lie on the bed and look directly at the scenery of Xilingxia; The geological science park at the fourth gate is especially worth seeing. There is also a cliffside plank road on the side of the park to walk and sightseeing.

The location is very close to the Three Gorges Family Scenic Area. The boss and the proprietress drove to the scenic inn. The environment of the inn did not have to say that the room facilities were great. The smart toilet electric curtains. The large projection TV dressing table and coffee table were big enough. The service was also very good. The morning play time away from the train. It's too late. The boss personally drove the ideal L9 to send us Yichang. We will come again. Come and live in your home!

The room was small, but clean and tidy, and the sheets and quilts were newly changed. The parking lot downstairs is large, free parking, convenient and safe. The boss and his family were very enthusiastic and helped to move the box down the third floor. They also asked to help move it downstairs when they left. In addition, the boss's dishes are super delicious. I especially recommend the fish hot pot. It is very fresh and tender. I also send a lot of side dishes. I am super satisfied with the boss's service! Next time I come to play, I will stay here!

The homestay is very beautiful, the environment is very good, the scenery is beautiful, there is an open-air balcony, basking in the sun, drinking some tea, and shaving melon seeds are very comfortable. The proprietress is enthusiastic in service, helps us buy tickets, gives us travel plans, and helps us very carefully. The food is also delicious and the portion is very sufficient. Many are farmhouse dishes. I feel relieved to eat. The dumplings grown by the boss’s own family are also sour and sweet. They are very good, authentic, the room is clean and tidy, the furnishings inside are very warm, simple and generous, really good, highly recommended, next time a friend will introduce it, There are many net red punching points around the homestay, just take a few photos, the scenery is very beautiful, very good film! Like the name of the inn, it has a unique and far-reaching river view, and is also very close to the Sanxia Renjia Pier by car. The boss took us to the pier. The room is well designed and has a large picture window, so you can have a panoramic view of the scenery without leaving the room. In addition, we ate in the store. The cabin is very nice, living in the forest, lying in bed and enjoying the scenery. The room is clean and warmly decorated. I was woken up by the birds in the morning, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a memorable weekend vacation.

JJasmineThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city.
The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

YYitaoWe stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic.
Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too.
Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more.
Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

MMatthewThis is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

GGuest UserService of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

KKeithThe hotel is situated right opposite from Sanxia Tourist Centre which is so convenience for us joining Yangtze river cruise. There also have lots of restaurant choices around, a big supermarket and shopping mall next to the hotel.
The hotel room is clean with a big picture window which offers a great view of the Yangtze river. The hotel also has a washing machine on-site (laundry detergent is also provided) and can store our luggage so that we can enjoy our last day in Yichang. However, please aware they not provide toiletries and no fringe on site.
The front desk staff is nice and suggest a nice local restaurant for our dinner. He also response very quickly on our enquiry via WeChat.
The room is definitely value for money.
