They readily answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Our Princess Suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was decorated so whimsically and cozily that our child was enchanted the moment they walked in. The generous space ensured a wonderfully comfortable stay for all of us. Breakfast offered an incredibly diverse spread of both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty to satisfy both adults and children. But the real highlight was its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the CBD. With countless dining and shopping options nearby, it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, saving us a lot of time and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family traveling with children. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip!

I have stayed at Vienna Hotel many times. It is very close to Gezhouba Dam, and the No. 3 ship lock is worth seeing. The breakfast is OK, but the variety is not as much as other similar hotels. The price fluctuates greatly. The price of the same room increases by more than 20% in a few hours. I don't want to bother with it. Not moving will save the hotel money.

The hotel is located by the river, with a first-line high-altitude river view. The scenery is spectacular, the service exceeds expectations, there is a phone call to arrange the room in advance, free upgrade ✌️, the decoration is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm. The service is considerate, and the staff I met in the hotel took the initiative to say hello, which feels very friendly. The parking lot is two floors underground, which is convenient and free. It is very close to the Three Gorges Visitor Center. It is recommended for tourism.

The hotel's service is very good and the location is excellent, right in the city center, with many different choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Very close to the pedestrian street and Riverside Park.

The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. The hotel is in the center of the city, with several large shopping malls on both sides. The front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room based on our two-day reservation. They also delivered fruits, snacks and sweet soup to the room every afternoon, and they were different every day, which was very considerate.

The hotel is nice, but it I was in the process of being renovated while we stayed there. The amenities are excellent. Hotel has washer and dryer and even provided detergent and fabric softener, all for free. Hotel also provide two free can of soda and water. You can get more water from the front seat.

The room was tiny with an obstructed window, essentially making it a windowless room. This was a bit of a letdown, but everything else was quite good. First, the butler service was truly exceptional. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast offered a generous spread, though the downside was that most items were pre-prepared, and their taste was subpar. However, the freshly cooked wontons were quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the tourist distribution center and situated right on a snack street, making dining incredibly convenient. Riverside Park is also right next door, perfect for a leisurely stroll after a meal.

The room was not bad. It was located in the center of the CBD. It was more than 3 kilometers away from Gezhouba the next morning. There were disposable water bottles in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel to supply water. The waiters answered all questions.

1. The hotel room was on the 29th floor, which should be a residential building. I waited for the elevator for 5-10 minutes. The distance from the lobby to the room did not look like that of a normal hotel. 2. We arrived at around 5pm that day and were told that the room was not cleaned and would take half an hour to clean. We sat in the lobby and waited for half an hour before one room was cleaned. They said that the cleaning lady was sick, which was speechless because we didn't arrive at 12 noon. 3. Parking costs 20 yuan for one night. The hotel gives a 5 yuan coupon, which means it costs another 15 yuan. I have never seen a parking lot that charges a fee. And you cannot drive out after parking, you have to pay extra for driving out! ! ! 4. The service attitude is very good. Apart from this, there is no other reason to recommend it.

挺好的，這次大年初四從湖北恩施州來鳳縣返回十堰市，途徑宜昌時訂了這家親子酒店，一路上遇到堵車，晚上很晚才到酒店，這家酒店有幾個最大優點，點評一下： 1.床、被子、枕頭。都很舒服，枕頭比較軟，被子厚薄合適。晚上睡得很好，酒店周邊很安靜。 2.價格。這次訂了親子套房，本來價格不貴，加上我是鉑金會員，可以用積分當現金用，最後價格合下來才249元一晚，性價比超高了。 3.早餐。親子套房自帶2份早餐，小童加早餐25一人，早餐基本品種都有，春節期間外面幾乎沒有吃的，在酒店吃就很方便。 4.親子（房間）設施。馬桶帶有小童座椅，挺人性化。酒店送的親子洗漱用品也很不錯，都是小份便攜裝的。親子套房有一張1.8米、一張1米的床，我們家兩成人、兩小孩，就需要這種搭配，房間裏面還有小帳篷、小童玩偶、一個沙發，沙發我們晚上是放在床邊靠着的，怕孩子從床上掉下來，起到防護作用。房間內及酒店大廳還有免費零食，這也是之前網友評價過的。 5.停車。就在負一樓車庫，電梯直達房間，前台登記免停車費。 總之，這家酒店各方面都挺人性化的，性價比也很高，網上之前的評價是非常客觀的，值得推薦！
