This stay [Zhongshun Hotel] really brought me a stay that exceeded expectations! Stepping into the hotel lobby, the simple and modern decoration style instantly attracted me, the spacious and bright space is matched with the right lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the hotel facilities and services were intimately introduced. The layout of the room made my eyes shine, simple and stylish without losing warmth. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the clean and tidy bedding makes me sleep well all night. The facilities in the room are complete, and the smart equipment is very convenient to use, and it can be easily satisfied whether it is work or leisure. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the quality of toiletries is excellent, and the details are full of care. The hotel's dining is also commendable, the breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western cuisine is everything, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is excellent. The room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft, perfect for a restful sleep. Our room featured a terrace offering stunning, unobstructed river views. The scenery was truly delightful – Yichang certainly lives up to its reputation as a tourist city, with lush green trees lining the riverbanks, providing beautiful glimpses of the Yangtze River right from our balcony. Linlin at the front desk was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, handling our check-in seamlessly. When we later had an issue, she promptly helped resolve it, which was truly commendable. If given the chance, I would definitely choose Yangtze Smart Select Hotel again.

The young lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude and is very polite! Also very warm. The room is clean and tidy, very suitable for staying, it is very convenient to travel very close to the East Station, there is a coffee machine in the lobby ☕️☕️ washing machine. The room was cleaned very clean, in short, I recommend everyone to stay! A souvenir (snack fruit) is delivered upon check-in: a welcome gift is also delivered 😀

I traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city. The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

I said that frequent business trips allow me to quickly narrow down the key points when choosing a hotel. It is so special. The room is clean and hygienic, with an electric toilet. The room design is very user-friendly, the service attitude is very good, there are many friendly reminders, and the design concept is very advanced. I will stay in this hotel again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

The waiter wanted me to give him a good review and tried his best. He visited me late at night, upgraded my room type, and let me choose the room. So the most satisfactory thing about the whole hotel is the service, but people can't always speak against their conscience. Don't look at the pictures. The hotel has no river view room, no room with a river view. The air conditioner is old and no longer cool. I was woken up several times by the heat in one night. Two people were lying on the same bed. The person next to me turned over and the whole bed moved. I didn't sleep well at all. Not to mention the breakfast, there was nothing. It can't be compared with ordinary chain hotels. The only advantage of the whole hotel is that the water pressure is sufficient and the water flow is good. How can it be called ”international”? It's too fake. I don't recommend it at all. I decisively checked out the next day

The room is big, clean, and the bedding is good. It is very comfortable to lie on. It is close to the high-speed rail station and the long-distance bus station. There is a specialty restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the business is very popular.
