酒店環境不錯，房間也比較新，前台工作人員服務態度好，我辦理入住時間比較晚了，酒店範圍比較大，工作人員還帶我到所入住的房間門口。由於起得較晚，差點趕不上吃早餐的時間，經聯繫前台，沒有錯過吃早餐。

宜昌三峽機場旁邊性價比超高的星級酒店，環境漂亮，房間寬敞明亮，床品乾淨舒適，早歺品種豐富衞生。酒店服務非常好，特別是胡經理特地到房間熱心告之有兔費送機服務，約定送機時間，次日準時親自送我們上車，非常感動。酒店雖然在機場邊上，但隔音非常好，關上窗户後一點聽不到飛機起降聲音。

酒店位置距離機場幾百米比較方便，酒店像一個公園，環境整體不錯。去房間有管家引領。房間內用壁掛空調，夜燈設定不合理，衞生間內沒有感應燈。洗衣房在一樓，掛燙機需要去洗衣房自用。
這次遇到了突發狀況，酒店整體停電停水，還是在洗澡滿身泡泡的情況下！電話前台是新上崗的人員，停電停水沒有任何溝通與歉意！還是希望對新員工加強培訓。
用攜程積分兑換了歡迎果盤，卻衹有一個橙子🍊
自助早餐在酒店大堂，用餐時間7點到9點。
酒店周邊相對冷清，可以到金嶺夜市，大約距離5公里。
