經常來入住的酒店，因為環境和服務很好，提前跟前台小管家瑤瑤聯繫了，會提前詢問需要，也會提前準備好房間，有什麼問題和需要諮詢的，發訊息給小管家瑤瑤，會立馬回覆處理，酒店的位置在點軍江南in巷，晚上幽靜，夜景的燈光也很漂亮，周邊安靜，晚上睡的也很舒服，床墊的軟度很合適，一如既往的好

網站預訂的房間剛下單酒店工作人員就打點電話聯繫幾點到店需要預留車位不呢特別的細心，酒店衞生乾淨簡單，還有歡迎水果哦想的真周到啊，早餐也特別豐富而且環境特棒給真心服務的人真心點贊[強]，酒店環境就像蘇州園林，晚上是蟲鳴蛙叫，早上是百鳥爭鳴，環境清幽，依山而建，還有免費漢服可以拍照，特別出片。酒店小姐姐還給準備了風箏伴手禮，房間還有筆墨紙硯，書香氣息濃厚，孩子還能遊園餵魚，特別是管家嚴嚴，幫着拿行李，很貼心。建議帶孩子入住。

環境不錯，服務挺好，旁邊有卷橋河濕地公園。就是洗烘設備衹有一套，有點少，早餐在江南酒店，伙食一般。在宜昌玩了幾天這家住的是最好的，下次還來。

五一放假到宜昌來玩兒的，人多，房間也要提前預訂，選了一家評分和服務不錯的酒店，前台小管家瑤瑤會提前打預到電話，會詢問到店時間，是需有特殊需求，也會發酒店的定位，很細緻，到了之後，辦入住，也會提醒用餐時間和地點，房間提前有準備了水果和點心，點贊，有問題找小管家，熱情處理，服務超好的，晚上很安靜，也睡的好，好評
