管家嚴嚴服務熱情周到，酒店裝修的雅緻書香風格，讓人舒心。城市環境有山有水很適合旅行遊玩居住，我也是在網上看到這家評分口碑比較高，就下單預訂了，下單後前台的管家嚴嚴聯繫的我，熱情周到，趕在下雨天氣，到店比較晚，房間提前給我們開了燈，準備了水果點心，房間雅緻書香，洗漱用品是旅行套裝，讓人舒心。洗漱是乾濕分離，房間有一個陽台和浴缸，衞生還比較乾淨整潔，洗漱用品用的是旅行小瓶.性價比很高，整體的入住體驗感很好睡的很安靜。

在網上訂的房間，前台服務人員很熱情服務也很棒，介紹了酒店周邊：很温馨， 性價比：房間性價比很高特別棒的一家酒店，地處幽靜的江南，睡眠質量非常好！服務真的是沒得説，各種貼心，房間很新也很乾凈，裏面還有個中式庭院可以喝茶聊天。會提前打電話，送了歡迎水果，環境特別好，來看張信哲的演唱會，酒店還安排了接駁車，送到場館，回來也會接回酒店，真的超讚[強]

特別有情調的酒店，乾淨衞生，有室外小遊泳池，特別適合帶孩子，離着長江渡口也比較近，地質公路一定要去。

房間裏面裝修不錯，桌上放了筆墨紙硯，前台工作人員態度很好，早餐是在前面一棟樓吃的，是同一個集團下面的另一家酒店。

看評價較高偶然選擇了這家酒店，地段不錯，周邊不是很繁華，但是酒店環境很好前台的小姐姐人非常好，很熱情，介紹了街區旁邊的環境，旁邊有海底世界和三峽非遺的展館可以參觀，房間贈送了歡迎水果，非常好， 環境，設施，很棒，周邊配套設施齊全，房間很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，酒店很有設計風格，客房配了智能藍牙音響，電動窗簾，家常式的早餐，距離宜昌東站有一點距離。
