住了很多次了因為市區比較近，交通方便，風景優美。現在這個季節的天氣很合適過來玩，離下牢溪很近，可以捉捉螃蟹，玩一下水。酒店早餐也挺不錯該有的全都有，前台小王的服務也很好！解決問題很及時，有什麼問題都很好溝通。推薦給所有需要住宿的朋友們，有需要的可以預訂這家酒店！下次還會再來的！

親子房空間比較大，房間各方面都很好，有很多專門為孩子準備的細節
酒店的人員服務都特別好，唯一遺憾就是不是週末，有些設施都沒開放
周邊下牢溪玩水就不用説了，酒店門口就有，外面一路上都是，水質非常好
非常推薦親子家庭入住

前段時間入住了809微度假小鎮酒店，體驗超棒！一進酒店，就被這裏的環境吸引，綠樹成蔭，安靜又愜意，彷彿置身世外桃源。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全又有特色，住起來特別舒服。尤其要誇誇管家小伍，服務真的太貼心了！從辦理入住到介紹周邊遊玩項目，他都耐心又細緻。知道我喜歡安靜，特意給我安排了一個景觀好又安靜的房間。當我詢問附近美食時，他熱情推薦，還幫忙預訂。退房時還貼心提醒我別落下東西。這樣的服務，必須好評！下次度假還選這兒！

整體來説挺好的，服務態度都蠻好的，特別是小温。再提一點，看得出經營很用心了，活動也很多，但是套餐裏麪包含的福利有些就比較雞肋，大部分不實用，也沒有可替換。中餐廳炒菜特別棒，吃了兩餐飯，味道好份量足。聽説泳池要開業了，但是來的時候泳池還沒弄好，有點可惜，但是不妨礙，有機會還是會來。

1、房間地墊有兩處突出來的針頭，扎孩子腳，疼的哇哇叫
2、一個八九百的家庭房，標準入住人數4人，免礦衹有6瓶，告知多加要收費，後來紮腳了才送了幾瓶，夏天免礦數量太少 3、晚上電話通知需要牙刷，也沒有送過來 4、最要命的是空調，半夜三點半突然異響，刺耳到睡不着，後來沒辦法關了空調睡覺，好在山裡夜晚沒有這麼熱 5、入住時説房間預訂裏套餐包含個免費手工要送到房間，到退房也沒有送，退房時問了才給，如果不安排送房服務可以通知在前台拿，或者是入住時就不要提 服務人員態度還比較熱情，主動諮詢的問題不管是保安還是前台都會給予迴應，周圍環境也很好，小孩玩水玩的很盡興，早餐半成品比較多
