I was not aware that this is a house that rents rooms. I was there one night and I felt very uncomfortable, because the bathroom door is very thin and I could hear when people next to my room where going to the bathroom... The door didn't close properly and I got woken up by their light (photo). In addition, the toilet was not very clean and the bed sheets could be renewed.
Location is easier to reach by bus and close to the train station. The owner was nice and she gave me fruits, although I would have preferred a bottle of water instead.

This was a nice place to stay,the room was light and airy but the bed was a little hard for my liking, the people there were very nice,they bought me local fruit a number of times
