不像是做酒店的運營團隊做的酒店，房價不便宜，房間設施老舊，洗面盆都是破的，感覺入住率很低，前台業務水平很差，溝通不暢，缺乏耐心。以後肯定不會去這家店了，其它去宜昌的朋友也最好避雷一下。
