酒店環境挺好的，前台服務人員服務意識要加強，退房時候問前台有沒有口罩，前台扭頭就走，後面拿了一個給我，全程嘴巴都沒張一下，我當面跟她説有沒有最起碼回覆一下，她説我有説稍等一下啊，就隔了一個前台，如果有説怎麼可能聽不到，沒做就沒做，有問題就改，狡辯就不對了

酒店超預期的滿意，地理位置很好，馬路對面就是江灘，休閑散步很不錯，離天然塔和遊客中心都很近。房間一線麪江，乾淨寬敞雅緻，清清爽爽，早餐豐盛，房間還送有小吃飲料果切茶包各種。服務人員都很熱情有禮，尤其是前台21號工作人員，笑起來甜甜的，既熱情又專業，辦理入住耐心細緻有問必答，酒店的機器人服務也很棒，來回送了兩趟東西，可可愛愛。

出行很方便，旁邊就是沿江大道，商圈、景區都很近。
位置在伍家崗區中南路和臨江路交界，樓下就能散步，看江景，也適合喜歡晨練、夜跑的朋友。
房間乾淨整潔，落地窗很通透，智能設備都很好用，床品舒適，睡得安穩。浴缸正對江面，泡澡時能欣賞夜色。衞浴乾濕分離，細節到位。
有新能源充電樁，停車方便，自駕無憂。
到宜昌旅遊選這裏不會錯，下次還會再來！也點贊一下31號前台
