The female boss refused to refund me, and the male boss didn't even let me talk. He insisted that it was because of my hair, and the bedside was a worm nest. There were so many gaps. Well, the final solution was that the money was not refunded because at that time, I booked the room after 8 o'clock and couldn't cancel it. The customer service said that I could only refund half of it. I'm very happy to comment on it. In the end, I didn't stay in the hotel and refunded half of the money, so that everyone can learn from it.
