多次入住這家維也納酒店了，這次是時隔一年再次入住，發現酒店房間硬件設施做了升級，增加了不少智能化的東西，早餐比過去品種更豐富了，以後還會選擇。好評！

房間一般，衞生間衞生差，廁紙沒有補，一丟丟
有按摩機，可以按摩腳，有一次性腳套，這個不錯
服務很差，前台辦入住的時候説升級房型寫好評，該説什麼升級了最好的房子，總統套房
結果上去不是，這點體驗感極差，本來沒期望，結果滿懷期待的落差
前台要瓶水，説再要就收費，説是什麼一樓有商店，讓去商店買…無語

維也納國際酒店也是我入住過多次的酒店，這次的酒店是新裝修的，硬件條件很好，房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床上用品也是很新，很舒適；服務人員年輕，專業技能好，服務熱情周到；早餐還不錯，品種比較多，中西式都有；酒店地下車庫有自己的停車位，足夠停的；酒店附近餐館特別多，吃飯很方便。

房間設施很陳舊，早餐非常拉跨，打掃衞生和做早餐是一個人，讓換床品，服務員説，她們三天一換，那我不是每天都在掏錢住嗎？打掃衞生也是隨便收拾哈，用過的拖鞋也不扔，用過的杯子也不洗。很無語！
