酒店服務還是不錯的，我們這次過來預訂的是家庭房，住了兩天，體驗感還是不錯，而且前台小姐姐珍珍明明服務態度也很不錯。房間裏面的視野很不錯，因為樓層比較高，酒店的價位也還挺合理，性價比很高下次來到宜昌的話還是會考慮入住這家酒店的

酒店客房衞生做的還是不錯的，床品啊都很乾凈。而且前台的服務員小明珍珍也會仔細聆聽客户的要求。在這次出行到美麗的宜昌入住這家酒店還是提高了對宜昌的評價的，因為房間很漂亮，樓層比較高，視野很不錯。距離萬達廣場遊客中心也非常近，車程也衹要10分鐘左右。交通很方便。

房間衞生乾淨，床墊舒適，枕頭超級舒服，地下室停車免費，前台孔孔登記車牌迅速，酒店有早餐店，自助洗衣房，刷卡上電梯，安全性高，距離宜昌東站很近，必須五分，不錯喲！

和朋友一起來宜昌玩，訂了幾天凱勝美季酒店的房間，晚上吃完飯才過去辦入住，也有一點晚了，前台小姐姐珍珍看到我們喝了一點酒，還給我們端來了茶水，服務態度很不錯，房間也比較大，看到的景色甚美，還貼心的給我們推薦了周邊的美食，果然很不錯哦，值得推薦

這次住酒店預訂了宜昌伍家崗這邊的酒店，酒店比較老了，裝修不新，但是住起來很好，沒有異味沒有破舊感，入住的時候前台凱凱和週週辦理也比較迅速，酒店位置很好，出行也很方便，去萬達廣場都挺方便的，車程十分鐘，後續開票也比較方便，性價比還可以。

這次過來我記得之前還是前幾年過年的時候來過宜昌，感覺宜昌很漂亮，很乾凈很新的城市，這次過來選擇江邊這家酒店也是為了出行方便，景色很漂亮，退房的時候凱凱週週也很禮貌熱情還提醒我停車掃碼，酒店房間不錯的，房間還是挺大的，不錯的，以後還會考慮入住這家店的。也會推薦給朋友的。
