酒店是朋友推薦的，地理位置很贊！離遊客中心和萬達坐車也就幾分鐘距離！房間很大，設施設備很齊全，打開窗户能看到江景，景觀絕了，早餐也很豐富！房間配的水，各方面都挺好的，特別是前台服務態度特別好，很耐心，這酒店的性價比是非常高的了。

房間乾淨整潔，落地窗前台服務很好，很熱情，酒店位置很好，在市中心離江邊很近，旁邊就是步行街有個陶鑄路夜市非常方便

位置：在宜昌市中心，吃飯買東西很方便。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，離開之前發現衣服👚落在酒店之後還幫我寄快遞到家。
設施好：房間是剛翻修的，智能窗簾自動化
去遊客中心很近，周邊吃飯遊玩都特別方便，而且酒店是全國連鎖，酒店非常貼心牀頭櫃準備了一次性的耳塞，馬桶邊還放了一次性的消毒紙巾，還有馬桶墊。我們是帶小朋友出來旅遊的，還給小朋友準備了一次性的牙刷和拖鞋非常的人性化，這次總體感覺是非常不錯的，而且性價比很高，到宜昌來玩還是會選擇雅斯特。
