房子挺乾淨的。我媽素來喜愛潔凈，習慣性擦拭了下牀頭櫃，的確一塵不染。床也不錯，睡得挺舒服的。房東回覆及時，挺好的。

房子佈局温馨，設施齊全，空調給力，冬天住也沒有問題，小區離東站很近，自駕樓下有停車位
就是衞生間的窗户設計有點迷，不能關上，冬天洗澡有風
