Facilities: Very complete and new Cleanliness: Clean Environment: I was extremely dissatisfied because the room I was initially assigned was the first one, and the smell was incredibly strong. My heart raced as soon as I entered. I could tell the ventilation was inadequate, and there were definitely harmful substances that hadn't completely dissipated. They asked me to change rooms, but I was still uneasy and had a very uncomfortable stay. Service: They initially promised pick-up and drop-off via WeChat, and said they could help call a Didi (ride-hailing service) if the driver wasn't available. However, when I called, they said it wasn't during their service hours, even though I had asked beforehand and they said it was possible, and I still have the chat history. A different receptionist just disregarded everything. Sigh.
