When you walked into the hall and asked about the parking lot, because you didn't know your car type, you pointed to our regular parking lot. After learning that you were traveling in an RV, we immediately arranged for the car to park in the back garden of the hotel with you. As for what you said about the blood stains on the bedding in the room, the service staff came in and found that the blood stains were fresh blood and they were on the surface of the quilt cover. Therefore, they immediately paid attention to whether you were sick or had accidental scratches. Please believe it. We have absolutely no intention of shirk or false accusation!
