房間分上下層，兩張1.2m，一張1.8m的床，睡得挺舒服的，適合家庭出遊。地理位置極優越，就在南湖下橋第一家民宿，庭院種了荷花，自有意境，美。唯一一點不好，就是廁所是透明的，太反人類的設計了，希望能改進一下，就算是一家人，上廁所也是私隱吧。

房間設施先進，衞生非常好，和五星級也差不了多少，對於古鎮來説很難得。最初我預訂的古鎮的老房子，設施很古老，考慮到小孩一起，看了許多民宿和評論，最後改選了荷塘月色。推薦對衞生和設施有要求的朋友考慮，不是普通的民宿，是有檔次的民宿。南湖邊環境也是最美的，早起出門就直接欣賞和拍照。服務也很好，有求必應，老闆負責到南門接送和運行李。
