全部打了5顆星，有%是要給管家劉飛呈 Felix的。劉經理服務非常好，基本上第一時間都能幫我們解決問題和相應服務。 酒店到宏村盧村都很方便，風景也很好，當然開業很多年了房間裝修有點舊但總體維護的不錯。 酒店送的旅拍差評，可以換了。

習慣人在房間時才請客房部上門打掃，服務員很快就能上門處理，遇到的三位客房部服務員Hedy、Jean、Dana都很好。
入住期間的客服Felix全程在線，幫忙聯繫騎馬、Spa，服務態度挺好。
悦榕莊的餐飲食材不錯、服務員都挺好，餐廳除了價格偏貴其他沒毛病🤭

黃山悦榕莊一直在必住清單裏，終於如願，行前管家Amy就發來各類小攻略，入住後幫協調安排，不僅給了升房還贈送下午茶，保潔阿姨楊學眉、餘華珍每天把房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，還有貼心開夜床禮物。天公作美，還參加了酒店的觀星活動，難忘🔭悦榕莊確實是美景環繞、令人身心放鬆的好地方❤️

酒店景色非常美，徽派建築很有特色，前台還有筆墨紙硯可以供寫字，有書法興趣的可以留下墨寶哦，酒店服務也很好，都很熱情。管家Amy服務也很好，酒店拍照也很出片哦。
