非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，管家EIMA有問必答、有求必應，餐廳服務員、接駁車司機師傅都熱情服務，給人以賓至如歸的感覺！尤其是最後一天大雨，我們旅行計劃取消，還向酒店順利申請到延遲退房！下次還會再次選擇這裏！

庭院養了四衹孔雀很漂亮，酒店説可以進去餵食，也可以進去拍照。酒店還送了一衹小海龜很可愛，也送了齊雲山門票

整個酒店徽派建築風景美麗，房間內還有地暖，衞生間很大，有一個大浴缸可以泡澡，體驗很不錯，服務員汪紅華，龍晴虹，林瓊 服務很熱情周到，下次來黃山還會來入住。
