The most unforgettable thing about the trip to Huangshan was staying at Banyan Tree. The environment, service and scenery were absolutely beautiful! The housekeeper Eima was very considerate! She also gave me a travel photo shoot with Mulan! The photos taken were very beautiful!

第二次入住黃山悦榕莊，還是很滿意！訂的7天6晚的宏村聯排別墅，入住時前台升級至西遞別墅，因衞生間馬桶漏水又升級至盧村雙卧別墅，超大超安靜、冰箱洗衣機微波爐一應俱全！感謝管家Eima全程貼心服務；特別誇誇房間保潔員阿姨餘華珍，熱情周到，把房間收拾得特別乾淨；還要誇誇酒店贈送的木蘭旅拍，照片拍得非常漂亮！總之，雖然酒店時間有點久了，硬件設施有所老化，但是酒店服務人員的應急處理能力非常nice，很快就解決了問題，下次有機會還會入住的，也會推薦朋友入住！

離宏村、塔川都很近，酒店觀景平台能看到盧村，視野非常好！管家Eima小姐姐服務熱情有求必應，有個小插曲我們在餐廳用完餐忘了帶包，打電話去詢問馬上給送了過來。我們還參加了酒店內的木蘭旅拍服務，攝影師大哥很專業，客服小姐姐也很親切，拍的照片很滿意👍
