地理位置：酒店位於西遞景區內，入住送每間房2張成人西遞門票，每位成人可以攜帶一個孩子，門票3天有效，所以2大2小入住景區可享受景區免票的待遇。設施：酒店設施很棒，衞浴床品都不錯，裝修古色古香，送的桃木梳、洗漱用品、毛巾、棉麻拖鞋品質都很好，住一次酒店可以帶回好多伴手禮😀 服務：酒店服務親切熱情，服務員總是面帶微笑，遇到問題耐心位住客解決。早餐挺豐盛，晚上回房間還提供免費的冰鎮綠豆湯和冰粉。環境：酒店依古建築和園林而建，住在酒店就能領略徽州古建築的青磚黑瓦白牆，如果能多住幾天就更好啦

這家民宿在各地都一如既往的好，地理位置都很好，都是在古城或古村內，去年住香格里拉和大理店，今年這裏的佔地面積更大，出門就是西遞唯一的牌坊，環境優美，管家服務細心周到，餐廳徽菜也做得好，價格實惠，下次還會來入住。

位置好，景區核心位置，還有酒店提供車站接送，無縫銜接，很方便。雖然是第一次預訂民宿，真會很滿意，如其他評價一樣服務非常好，應對迅速，所有員工服務都很在線。餐廳的飯菜也很好吃呦，推薦烤土豬排，不過早餐能更豐富些就好了。還有洗衣服務，周到體貼。管家還帶領遊覽民宿其他設施和庭院，很滿意。提個建議，小童政策能優惠些就更好了，雖然都順利解決，但是如果是先看到那麼不友好的小童政策，可能會很多想訂的人望而卻步吧。

酒店就在西遞景區內的門口位置，逛古街，荷塘拍照，看泉秀都非常方便。酒店內環境很好，古香古色，非常漂亮。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，智能控制。尤其要讚的是酒店的服務，太貼心了，服務人員從接站，幫忙拿行李，到下午茶，打掃衞生，和洗衣服，處處都體現出了熱情周到，給人如沐春風的感覺。酒店的早餐也不錯，餐廳的晚餐也非常好吃。
