Otel hakkında oldukça olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Oda temiz değildi ve çok pis kokuyordu. Mobilyalar eski ve bakımsızdı. Banyo da hijyenik değildi; her yer kirli ve paslıydı. Otelin dolu olduğu için personel, temizlik sorununa çözüm olarak sadece oda parfümü sıkmayı önerdi. Bu durum, sorunu çözmek yerine sadece kötü kokuyu maskelemekle kaldı. Personel ilgisizdi ve gerçek bir çözüm sunmadı. Konaklama deneyimim tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıydı ve kesinlikle bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu otelin acilen temizlik ve bakım konularına öncelik vermesi gerekiyor.

Hayatımızda kaldığımız en kötü otel. Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Önce çalışanlar; sıfır çalışma isteğiyle sorduğunuz sorulara bile zar zor yüzünüze bile bakmadan cevap veren, Temizliğe gelirsek; gelemiyorum çünkü böyle bir şey yok. Odamıza girdiğimizde yatağın üzerinde rengi pislikten griye dönmüş bir havlu vardı ve 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen 1 set

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. For 1300 lira they gave us a terribly dirty and bad room. The toilet seat fell off, the air conditioner worked intermittently and made noise throughout the room. Bed linen and towels were dirty! In the rooms it is very dark, you feel like you are in a dungeon. The atmosphere is so nasty that you don't want to touch anything. We tried to return the money for the room and move out but we were refused. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Would never recommend this hotel
