We had a nice week at the Ledra Beach. The hotel is well kept and has a relaxing atmosphere with a good choice of food in the buffet style restaurant. The cocktails were nicely made and the local drinks were ok too. The staff make this hotel special, always friendly and attentive. A shout out to Ahmed in the bar who was really cheerful and constantly checking to make sure we were looked after. I recommend the Ledra Beach and we will return.

What an hotel this is very very clean. The food is fabulous it is buffet service for breakfast lunch and dinner. You have so much choice and really good quality food. The drinks are very good. The stuff are amazing very polite and do anything for you there is enough sunbeds to cater for everybody so you don’t have to get up in the morning and put your towel out a really worthwhile hotel

This was our 5th visit to the hotel and once again cannot fault the service we received. The rooms are very nice and all the staff are very friendly. The restaurant food is really good and great choices each day. We will look forward to returning at a later date.

Lovely hotel ,good location,clean and tidy ,we had a nice sea view room which was well looked after my staff .large breakfast choice but food not kept very warm .plenty for lunch in restaurant and pool bar .dinner choice and quality superb as is the Italian a la carte .Lovely theme nights .pool area nice ,no problem getting sun beds ,daytime activities plenty to keep you occupied ,shuffleboard french bowls archery, quizzes .all animation staff great ,special mention to sophie from james bond .evening entertainment mostly very good .especially Sean lynch and elvis .all staff in restaurants and bars excellent especially the beautiful dancing waitress Marcela .the only gripe I have about the louis ledra is when the entertainment is moved from the main lounge/bar into the very dingy aspelia room .chairs uncomfortable, lack of tables ,bar not open until show starts ,no waiter service.its the weak link here which is why I can't give this otherwise great hotel top marks .

My engagment ring and three gold rings were stolen from our hotel room (€700+). Over €600 was also stolen from my in-laws hotel room. Items were stolen between 3pm-4pm while downstairs at the hotel pool. During this time two fans were delivered to both hotel rooms by hotel staff using a master-key. Hotel refused to take any responsibility for the thefts. The hotel management didn't even come to discuss the incidents with us, and the hotel staff that we did speak to were extremely rude and condescending (suggesting that we were lying about the stolen items). Police came to investigate, finding no evidence of forced entry. Even after police intervention the hotel manager was still not interested in speaking to us. The TUI representative also attempted to seek out hotel management but even she found this difficult. There is no CCTV in this hotel, all room keys are 'old style' keys allowing anyone with a master-key to enter, and the safes are locked via key rather than numberpads! After reading through other TA reviews it is clear that theft is a common occurrence at this hotel - with hotel management taking no responsibility for these incidents. This is NOT a 4-star experience.

What a lovely hotel! Exelent management, very good food, clean.. Heated pool, lots space for sunbathing, beach in few steps! Very good and friendly animation team managed by Tauras! You will be interteined and looked after by them! Hotel deserves 5stars!

Rooms,Staff, Food, Pool, Gardens, Location very good, Sprits good, wine and beer of poor quality , inspite of being all inclusive there were times when we purchased beer from local shops to enjoy rather than the provide beer. It didn't spoil our holiday as we are only light drinkers, and the rest was very good value.
