Excellent service here , the staff are all fantastic and attentive. Entertainment is average but ok. Food was also very varied and very good. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The only issue for us is they have baths with showers in. Being 6ft 4ins means a daily chore of mopping up all the water that inevitability goes every where with this old fashioned way. Needs proper showers fitting. I would give this hotel 8.5 out of 10. If they had proper showers it would have been 9.5 out of 10.

Returning guests - we loved our stay last year so much, we came back this year! Weather, food, drinks, service and staff are exceptional, there is nothing to dislike. Can't wait to return in 2026.

This is the best hotel that I have been with friendly staff great food a bit far to go to the harbour is and main shopping area but there is a bus service just outside of hotel every 10 minutes only 2 euros would came back to this hotel with no issue

Friendliest staff and best food of any hotel we’ve been to. Ideal beachfront location, close to bars, shops and water sports vendors, day and evening activities were excellent…can see why so many people return here multiple times

Excellent Hotel and absolutely the best customer service ever. This Hotel goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay so good. The staff work so hard to make your stay so enjoyable. The food is the best I have had in any Hotel. The location is great and it is adults only!! When you arrive you are greeted with a glass of sparkly, water and juice. In your room you also get a large bottle of water next to the coffee and tea, and also 2 small waters in the fridge. you also receive a plate of fruit and a botte of wine. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I would prefer a walk in shower rather than one over the bath although it was a good big fountain shower. The Hotel is right on a private beach although the beach is not the same as they are in the Ayia Napa or Protaras. We did this hotel after our cruise around the Greek islands and loved it, We are the biggest fans of Cyprus having lived in Ayia Napa and that is where we return to every year in September and when ever we can, but after a cruise I would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stayed at the Pioneer beach in early July. The staff are very friendly and we were upgraded to a suite that was very nice with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The only downsides to the room were the lack of phone charging points by the bed and very narrow balcony with a view over car park/road rather than the gardens promised. The pool is lovely and warm but you had to get up at silly o clock to get a spot on the small number of beds right by it, with other beds on grass or by the beach. Overall we felt we were misled by Tui in that this is a 4* not a 5* hotel. Waiter service was sporadic by the pool and the 3 a la carte restaurants basically served the same menu. The buffet restaurant was nice and we always found something to eat. The rooftop bar has lovely views and serves better cocktails than the pool bar. The entertainment was welcome in the evenings and we particularly enjoyed the silent disco on the last night. The hotel is about an hours walk from paphos harbour with not much to do in the vicinity but the walks along the coastal path are very scenic. The beach is small and the sand is fairly pebbly but the protected cove is nice to swim in with amazing sunset views.
