awful place. Ugly bulding very dark inside, room is stincky, mattress unconfortable, wifi downstairs in the room not working, no breakfast option, shared bathroom very old. nobody speak english only a woman very poor english and she seems to be there only 2 hours in the evening. I wanted to reserve a room, first they answered me to go there and pay to block my room, I couldn't soon so after they told me room was already booked. In the morning I booked on booking a room in a place with different name and surprise it was always classic hostel but called royal botique hotel...offering a discount compared to booking fare but higher then price they asked me just night before.

Останавливался тут на 2 ночи, в августе 2022 года. Это очень просторное, но, старое советское здание, где раньше очевидно был то ли чей то особняк, то ли ресторан. Кровати удобные, чистая большая кухня. Наличие балкона стало большим плюсом. Хороший вай-фай, есть возможность бесплатно постирать вещи. Из минусов, отсутствие кондиционера в комнате, было немного жарко. В остальном, это, действительно, наверное одно из лучших мест в Ереване, что касается соотношения цена/качество. Персонал был вежлив, и всегда хотел помочь. Если в гостинице будет проведён современный ремонт, и улучшена звукоизоляция (в принципе это проблема всей Армении), было слышно как плачет ребёнок где то на верхних этажах соседней, в 30 метрах многоэтажки. В остальном, достойное своей оценки в 4 балла из 5 место. Возможно, в следующем своём путешествии в Армению, и вновь остановлюсь в этом месте.
