A strategic hotel in the middle of town. Near the governor's office, mall, super market. The hotel is clean and friendly. There are no elevators at the hotel.

I stayed for 1 night, the hotel is close to the center, the guys at the reception are very friendly, helped with the suitcase and allowed to leave things until the evening. I liked everything

Bad. Very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For me, the main criterion when choosing a hotel is cleanliness. There is none here at all. There are long women's hairs all over the floor, in the toilet and on the sink. The pillows are disgusting, it seems like the pillowcases were simply stuffed with some rags. There is an electric kettle, but in order to stretch the cord into the socket, you need to put it on something. There are no tea bags, as well as teaspoons. I wanted to call the reception and ask to replace the pillow, but the phone does not work. I went down myself, they promised to bring it in 5 minutes, but they never did. The hotel is located above the metro, until 00:15 I could hear every train perfectly, from 7:00 the metro started working again. The breakfasts look extremely unappetizing, and with such dirt in the room we simply did not risk eating anything. In the morning we found another hotel and quickly moved.

Выбор пал на данный отель, так как по фото показалось достаточно хорошо и завтрак включён. Но это ад. 1. Уборка и отель-понятия не совместимые. 2. Такую еду как на шведском столе можно бродячим собакам подавать 3. Шум от метро 6:30-00:20 время работы. Слышно так, как будто вы спите в нём. 4. Подушки - комочек набитых соплей. 5. Грязные шторы - но это уже мелочи. В целом не поддавайтесь своим сомнениям, уходите подальше от этого отеля. Везде паутина, тараканы, грязные стены, воняет и тд.

My wife and I had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by being allowed an early check-in, which made our first day so much smoother. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the entire experience was elevated by the incredible Armenian breakfast included each morning—it was truly delicious! We also appreciated the late check-out, giving us more time to enjoy our last day. A special thanks to Sylvia and Sergie, who were both so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Unbelievable!! The rooms and the structure are also decent, even if some travel companions had problems with humidity. Grumpy staff, they make a mess (especially with the keys) and accuse you in an arrogant way. Breakfast, the first day indecent (spaghetti and also overcooked, cabbage and salads), only after our complaints, in the following days, they improved but always with many gaps (lack of cups, cutlery, etcc..). 5 days and 4 nights no cleaning of the rooms, indeed... at check-out they demanded payment for two towels (about 10 €) because they were slightly dirty with foundation. In short... when you entered the hotel, you lived an air of terror!! Only one positive comment goes to the ladies in the kitchen who, despite all the difficulties, damned their soul to try to fix the breakfast situation. Even the first day, when they showed up with spaghetti, they made us feel sorry because you could see that they had tried their best!! HOWEVER.....TO BE AVOIDED!!!
