I first visited this place in June 2019, and spent 3 nights in the establishment. Then I really liked it. Clean room, comfortable bed, close to supermarket. Therefore, on my second visit to Armenia, I purposefully went to this hostel, as it was a proven place, and I was confident in the quality of the services provided to me. But the reality turned out to be completely different. My trip to Armenia was supposed to take 14 days. I traveled around the country, but, nevertheless, most of the nights I had to stay in Yerevan. Initially, I booked this hotel for a period of 1 night, from August 19th to 20th. Booking on Booking is free, I did not make an advance payment, but nevertheless, I immediately received a booking confirmation. I wrote to the administration that I plan to arrive at the room from 19:00 to 20:00 local time. There were no problems. And so, after a rather tiring flight, I arrive at Domino Hostel at 19:02, and with a desire to leave my things as soon as possible and go for a walk around Yerevan. But it turned out they canceled my reservation. When asked how, they answered that they did not know if I would come or not, and they wrote to me on What's Up to find out if they came or not. And yes, it turned out that they wrote to me, while I was in the sky approximately over Kazakhstan, and physically could not answer. They apologized, offered another hostel for the night, less comfortable. I am not a scandalous person, and gritting my teeth, I still accepted this option. But, my adventures with the administration did not end there. A couple of days later, returning to Yerevan, and having visited another not very convenient hotel, my girlfriend and I saw through booking that there were free rooms in Domino, and we happily checked into the hotel. When asked if it was possible to extend the number for a couple more days, they said that they would clarify whether this was possible and they would immediately say. After a couple of hours, they said that it was possible to stay here for a couple more days. We were delighted, relaxed, began to make plans for the next days. But, already in the evening, the administrator knocked on our door and said that she had mixed everything up, and tomorrow guests who were not supposed to come here would come, and that we need to leave the premises in the morning. Disappointment knew no bounds. That is, there are more important guests, or how to explain this unprofessionalism. Didn't even get an apology. The hotel itself has become worse in 3 years. Although, this time I was in a different room, and not in the one I was in before. In general, very disappointed with the coldness, forgetfulness of the staff. And, I repeat, I went straight to this hotel, I was sure that I would be comfortable here. Therefore, I would definitely not recommend this place.
