Замечательный отель в самом центре города!! Просто суперр расположение! Рядом очень много магазинов, ресторанов и основных достопримечательностей. Номера классные!! Большие, чистые и очень уютные, не смотря на то сто самый центр, не шумно!! Рекомендую!)

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city-at the Republic Square. Very good service. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Location is perfect. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Location is just perfect. Ppl staying in that hotel are always happy and satisfyed.

Great Location - Lousy A/C and Bed
Hotel is located in good location near shopping, restaurants, Republic Square,.etc. The main downside was that the A/C did NOT cool the room and it was 90+ degrees outside. We had to sleep with the windows open. Also, the bed was hard and only 2 kind of flat pillows were provided for a King size bed.

Great value and great product
Staff are kind and patient with you, even if you can’t speak Armenian. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast had some choices I wasn’t familiar with. The location is fantastic. I always received a smile and a greeting from the staff, and always had a good rest each night.

One of my worst experiences with hotels The breakfast is poor and the smell of rancid is so strong specially with the water cups The elevator stopped working for a half day And all they can tell you on reception that it’s not their fault Unprofessional
