Downtown Suites Yerevan

Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Die Ausstattung entspricht mindestens einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Europa. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Smart-TV ausgestattet, so dass über dieses die bekannten Streamingdienste (vermutlich ist jeweils ein eigener Account erforderlich) genutzt werden können. Uns reichte Youtube voll und ganz, so dass wir Videos in unserer Landessprache schauen konnten. Kostenfreies WLAN steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Platz der Republik entfernt. Es befindet sich im 10. Stock eines Hochhauses. Auf den anderen Stockwerken befinden sich vermutlich Wohnungen, sodass es kein klassisches Hotel ist. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und versucht allen Wünschen und Anliegen zu entsprechen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel als eines der besten bezeichnen, in dem wir bisweilen (weltweit) untergekommen sind. Einen Wermutstropfen bilden allerdings die Duschen. Es handelt sich um Badewannen in denen geduscht werden muss. Durch eine mangelhaft große Duschkabine schwimmt das Bad nach dem Duschen, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Unseres Erachtens, wäre das Hotel besser beraten, die Wannen durch Stehduschen zu ersetzen. Kostenloser Kaffee kann über die Rezeption jederzeit bezogen werden (Kaffeevollautomat). Im Zimmer steht ein sehr großzügiger Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Auch Wasserflaschen (0,5 L) können jederzeit kostenlos über die Rezeption bezogen werden bzw. werden automatisch täglich mit der Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt.

I was surprised that this is a business center, but this did not affect the hotel stay in any way. Using the code you quickly get to the floor. Very friendly staff. There was a room right behind the reception, without windows, but this was not the first time we had encountered this in Yerevan. And this time it was also wonderful - you could sleep. Ventilation works well and there is no shortage of air. The room had everything you needed - bath amenities, bathrobe, towels. A bathtub instead of a shower was an unexpected bonus. The room is small but comfortable, a large bed and four pillows, there is plenty to choose from. There was no hairdryer, but you can ask. There is a special place for smoking on the floor. Very nice location in the city. Opposite there is a coffee shop with quick snacks. Breakfast at the hotel included croissants and coffee. The only thing I could hear was the neighbors slamming their doors.

A comfortable hotel in the center of Yerevan occupies the 10th floor of a new modern building. Very conveniently located, many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Comfortable rooms from standard to presidential suite.

Отель находится прямо в центре города, рядом с кафешками и ресторанами. В номере очень чисто и уютно, персонал внимательный и дружелюбный, готовый помочь с любыми вопросами. В общем, мы более чем довольны!

Stunning hotel, everything is clean, cozy, beautiful, quiet, pleasant, friendly staff who are always on site and ready to answer any questions. They kindly printed out documents for me, told me where I could take a PCR test in the city, etc. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants and literally a 5 minute walk from the main square. Despite the city center, the room was incredibly quiet - I haven’t slept so well for a long time)))) I’ll come back here again)
