Идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные.
И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

The place is amazing. We stayed there when we just arrived Armenia and went back again. The location is great, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are clean and the service is very nice. The breakfast is also good, not very big but everyone can find something they like. Will go back next time

Отель находится в центре Еревана, в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей. Мы в нем останавливались 2 раза - в начале поездки и в конце. Небольшой отель на 14 этаже жилого дома. На 15 этаже веранда, где подают вкуснейший завтрак . А на веранде можно полюбоваться видом на Арарат . Приветливый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Марте за помощь в бронировании отеля.

Летели через Ереван и решили остановится на два дня в отеле 14floor. Отель занимает два последних этажа здания, ресепшен на первом этаже, есть лифт. Удобное месторасположение в самом центре! До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Хороший разнообразный завтрак. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Прекрасный вид из номера, большая терраса на этаже с видом на Ереван! Номер чистый и просторный.

Zentrales Hotel mit Vor- und Nachteilen
Zentral gelegen, gute Aussicht von Balkons und Frühstücksterrasse, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein kostenloses Mineralwasser. Klimaanlage teilweise sehr laut (Zimmer 4). WLAN nicht stabil, schwach. Frühstück lala, Möbel teilweise defekt.

Central location
Friendly staff, the location is fantastic, the room was big. The terrace was great to have the morning coffee. The hot food had limited options - basically a different type of omelette.

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing 14th floor terrace for breakfast with views of the city and Mt Ararat! Robert on reception was very patient in telling me about the city and things to do, places to eat at, and teaching me Armenian words.

Отель не так просто найти, если приехали на такси. Говорите заехать в арку рядом с ресторанчиком Doors. Плюсы: вежливость персонала, чистота! Там работвют чистюли) видела, как вечером в 22.00 женщина протирала перила на улице, трубы металлические. Каждый день меняют полотенца и убирают в номере! В ресторане протирают столы, убирают постоянно, все достойно. Моют террасу постоянно. В отеле даже 2 террасы - одна огромная, где ресторан, и одна этажом ниже, камерная, с креслами мягкими и горшками с цветами, патио. Виден весь Ереван из номера, но! Арарат за 6 дней нам так и не показался. Брали номер с видом на него. Совет- не переплачивайте за номер, Арарат увидите с 2х террас, если он покажется. ТВ в номере не работал, мы полазили, покопались, и бросили это дело, обошлись без него. Номер 18й. Тапки есть, халатов нет. Завтраки - наесться можно, есть местный колорит - суджук, бастурма, сухофрукты хорошие местные, варенье из грецких орехов, ооочень вкусная выпечка, кексики! По кофе - вздохнем, любители хорошего. Ни капучино, ни молока рядом. Армянский кофе так называемый, в чайнике кувшин в кофеварке типа гейзерной. Я пью кофе без сахара, поэтому без молока пить такой кофе не совсем приятно, по большому счету, он невкусный. В ресторанах можно заказать капучино.
