I’ve been to this hotel as it was new and it changed a lot. The staff wasn’t very helpful in solving the problems and not very friendly as well. The breakfast has changed a lot. Now it’s a good hostel breakfast but not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The windows can’t be opened properly.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. It is located in a quiet and silent place in the city centre, that gives a feeling of comfort and safety. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. Shuttle service: top quality pick-up and drop-off service to/from the airport.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 7/08/24 au 12/08/24. Il n’y avait pas d’électricité dans l’hôtel du 9/08 au 11/08 matin. Soit disant un problème qui impacte la ville alors que toute la ville était éclairée sauf le Nova Hôtel. L’hôtel ne nous a donné aucune compensation financière. Je viens d’avoir confirmation de mon agence de voyage que l’hôtel refuse toute compensation. Il faisait 38 degrés en Arménie sans air conditionné et sans lumière dans les chambres. Ils étaient au courant que j’étais enceinte et n’en avait rien à faire. On a demandé une lampe torche qui nous a été refusée car ils en avaient pas. Les clients ont du quitter dans la nuit l’hôtel à leurs propres frais car l’hotel avait aucune solution à apporter à leurs clients. Je déconseille vivement aux voyageurs d’y aller car en cas de soucis nous vous attendez à rien de leur part. Si j’avais reçu une compensation de l’hôtel je n’aurai pas écrit cet avis mais là c’est inacceptable.

Ein schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel in Yerevan. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig und für die zentrale Lage ruhig. Was dieses Hotel aber ausmacht, ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Ein tolles Team, dass sich wirklich Mühe gibt, seinen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht den lokalen Gepflogenheiten, es gibt dazu die Möglichkeit, Eierspeisen kostenlos zu bestellen.

The hotel is very clean. Excellent breakfast variety and quality, excellent staff behavior, very good housekeeping service. The facilities of the rooms are complete and the lobby area is quiet and safe The location of the hotel is also good. I recommend this hotel to couples and families

All the staff (room cleaning, reception, cafe) were very friendly and helpful. The rooms well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. Although initially difficult to find the vehicle entrance, the location is walking distance from bars, restaurants and tourist sights.
