This place is amazing! The internet, location, plus it comes with a buffet breakfast. From our window, we can see the republic square. The staff are very accommodating plus they can speak english which is good as most of the locals based on my experience doesnt speak much english. When it comes to the location, its near to republic square, restaurants and souvenir shop. Def will recommend this and will book again when we visit!

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Reasonableprice. Great breakfast. We booked the apartment on the top floor. It has everything even a washing machine. And 2 balconies with views. OUTSTANDING

Very nice hotel, for the price you get very professional and helpful staff, nice big rooms, all amenities you would need (even bathrobes) and a decent breakfast Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee

Facilities: The hotel facilities are particularly sufficient. The 7th floor is the front desk, shared kitchen, restaurant and activity room. There is a 24-hour security guard at the entrance of the first floor, and you can enter the elevator by swiping your card. Hygiene: Very clean. We booked a twin room, which actually has two toilets, and there is a separate door between the toilet and the bedroom. Environment: Located in the city center, close to various places. Service: The service is very enthusiastic.

Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.

A nice hotel in the city center, with spacious, nice rooms. What surprised us was that our room had two baths) The staff is polite and helpful. Not far from the hotel there is a shopping center, a very tasty restaurant of local cuisine - Yerevan) For an additional fee, you can order a transfer from and to the airport. The hotel also provides breakfasts, there is a small kitchen) Unfortunately, we did not have time to evaluate the breakfasts, since we were only passing through for a day

Great location, normal family room, receptionists understand and help almost everything Huge minuses: 1. Audibility in the room: at 12 at night neighbors came and talked loudly - had to cough loudly to make them shut up. In the toilet it was as if we were going to the same potty together 2. Disgusting breakfasts. Didn't go to the second one. The cook cuts fruit with his bare hands next to raw eggs (5-10 cm) and puts it on a tray - the concept of food neighborhood is completely absent. Dirty dishes are taken in the open cooking area and the remains are dumped right there in the trash. Smokers scurrying around on two balconies, given our intolerance to smoking and two children nearby A C-grade hotel. We are unlikely to go there again

The hotel corresponds to the description. We lived in apartments - everything we expected - we got. I would like to note the responsive, efficient staff. Even if we had to deal with some minor nuances in the room - the staff compensated with attention.

I was upgraded to a higher room level when I checked in. Not a room, but a separate apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Everything is clean, the room is warm, they provide two bottles of water for free. Overall, I was satisfied, I recommend it for check-in

Everything was good, but one thing... The view from the window is terrible, but definitely not as in the description "View of the city". And it is cold at night in the room, especially with a small child. One thing that made me happy was that we live in the center. And we are from Russia (Moscow) missed Armenia and came to visit)

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the city center, within walking distance of Revolution Square, New Year's Fair. Also nearby are grocery stores and currency exchange offices. Very tasty breakfasts. Buffet, almost every day they tried to cook a variety of dishes. Home-style, soulful ❤️ You could also cook lunch in the kitchen or cook your own. The renovation in the room is a bit outdated, the walls were dirty in some places. There was an incomplete double bed, and 2 were pushed together with separate mattresses. But the rooms were always clean, towels and bed linen were changed on time. True, fresh towels smelled strongly of bleach. Honestly, for the sake of breakfasts we are ready to come back here again)

The location is very good, 8 minutes walk to Republic Square, more than 20 minutes to Grand Stairs/Blue Mosque/Kilikiabusstation, close to the Central Park. You can see Mount Ararat from the window. The hotel gate is not conspicuous, so there are many national flags, and there are special people to guide. The lobby and restaurant are on the seventh floor. The breakfast is very inclusive and suitable for guests from all over the world. It is not oily, salty, or weird, but refreshing and delicious. There is a full set of kitchenware in the room (pots, bowls, cups, plates, knives and forks... kettles, microwave ovens, induction cookers, refrigerators, sinks, and it is very convenient to buy semi-finished products from supermarkets for processing. The sanitation cleaning based on environmental protection is also reasonable. I will choose to stay again.
