Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

Очень маленький номер.(301) В отеле на этаже много номеров, лучше было бы меньше и просторнее номера. Окна номера выходят на дорогу, которая смолкает около 2 часов ночи, а в 6 утра снова шум. Стеклопакет очень дешёвый, что при закрытии суть шума не меняется. Между номерами слышимость приличная. ( хорошо, что в данный момент заезда все были тихие) В номере не развернуться двоем..Около кровати стоит стол, стулья, вставая ночью можно на них прям сесть или лечь. Ванная комната очень маленькая, для гномиков....Душ без порога, шторки.... всё льется на унитаз и туалетную бумагу.... Есть холодильник, вода, сейф, мыльные принадлежности, зубная щётка. Освещение достаточное.

Отличный уютный тихий отель в шаговой доступности от центра города. Есть лифт. В пяти минутах ходьбы большой супермаркет. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь. В номере чистота, большая кровать с удобным матрасом и ванная

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Location is perfect, quiet street but so close to metro, Tashir shopping center, a few small restaurants, and 24 hours working SAS
Supermarket. Felt very safe walking around at night. In my room I also could use internet with really high speed cable connection which was important for my work.
Love the balance of personal touch and privacy in this hotel. Would love to stay again.

I came to my Armenia from Russia and and found the Regard Hotel while walking at the Yervand Kochar street, it is the center of our beautiful Yerevan. I walked in and made my reservation directly with the hotel. Very nice and clean hotel, very suitable for even long stays. Comfortable bed, clean towels, bedsheets, every day cleanings. Highly recommended, well done.

The staff, the room, the location are just great. Polite, comfortable. Next time only to you my dears. It is very important that the hotel is in the city center and close to the airport about 30 minutes. There is a transfer, very high quality.

Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. There is everything you need (towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, air conditioning, table, refrigerator) The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, the shower is excellent, the water is hot. The location is very convenient, almost the very center, five minutes away there is a SAS supermarket, where there is a currency exchange, and a little closer there is a wonderful bakery. The staff is friendly and polite, they helped with everything. Stayed for one day, very pleased with the stay, I would gladly stay here again if possible
