Not a cozy hotel. And even though the renovations are new, it's all kind of weird. Low ceilings, window to window views. Poor breakfast. The location is good.

Хороший отель. Удобное месторасположение в центре. К сожалению, снаружи и вокруг - обветшалый советский антураж, но внутри - все отлично. Чисто, в номерах все необходимое, розетки, чайник, предметы гигиены, качественное белье. Сервис - без претензий. Завтраки отличные. Отель предлагает индивидуальные туры, вот их не рекомендую, это не экскурсии, а скорее, трансферы к каким-то точкам.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, less than 300 meters from the Grand Theater and very close to several major attractions in Yerevan. It is a quiet place amidst the bustle. The hotel facilities are good, the service is considerate and responsive, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The best breakfast we had at any hotel in Armenia.

The best part of this hotel is its location, right near Freedom Square in a quiet side street. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was comfortable if not a bit small. Overall a good value for someone looking to stay in the heart of Yerevan.
