Firstly, the staffs were not so cordial, out of all staffs we could only find one lady at the reception with a smiling face at times, even the language was a problem as they were not so much comfortable with English. Breakfast was not up to the mark with very limited options, also they didn't have tags such as how to identify whether the sausage is chicken, pork or beef unless you ask, and that was again quite uncomfortable because the breakfast staff was very rude if we ask her anything twice she was getting annoyed. They did not have any room service so whatever you ask for you need to help yourself. While room cleaning they did not change the sheets which we realized after coming back to the hotel from sightseeing. Only one thing was good for us that we had a supermarket opposite to the hotel which helped us as for water also they provided small 3 bottles a day for 3 of us and you cannot ask for more. My suggestion try for other hotels if you have an option keeping this was as the least.

Останавливались на одну ночь . Хороший отель в тихом месте не далеко от центра. Рядом рынок. Номера чистые , все принадлежности есть.Завтраки хорошие. Есть бассейн , но мы им не пользовались из-за отсутсявия времени. Стеклянный пол в ресторане на верхнем этаже. Круто!! Персонал отличный!

Останавливались в отеле с 3-7 октября.Понравилось абсолютно все.Заселили без оплаты,ждали когда поменяем деньги.Расположение до Площади Республики-15 минут пешком. Номера замечательные!!!Завтрак на 8 этаже с афигенным видом на крыши Еревана.Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый.У меня был день рождения. Утром на завтраке меня ждало поздравление и пироженки со свечами!!!! В следующий раз остановлюсь только там. Всем процветания,мира и здоровья!!!

Гостили в этом отеле с сыном в сентябре. Очень тёплый и уютный , очень домашний. Улыбки и внимание. Разнообразные завтраки, вкусные обеды. А какой замечательный кофе варят. Вид с верхней открытой террасы замечательный. Остались только самые добрые воспоминания.

Хороший отель в центре Еревана (до главной площади - 15 минут пешком, от аэропорта - 25 минут на такси, рядом рынок Гум). Номера большие, чистота, сантехника новая, кровати и подушки удобные, завтрак весьма достойный, персонал любезный (говорит по-русски и по-английски).

Мы уже второй раз в этом отеле. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтрак хороший, кушали на открытой террасе с красивым видом на Арарат! Это из плюсов! Из минусов- номер убран не идеально ( душевое ограждение в разводах), а полотенца- это вообще, какие- то тряпки,для отеля - не допустимо!

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи. Отель понравился. Удобное месторасположение, отличный персонал, очень хорошие завтраки на прекрасной террасе со стеклянным полом. Номер был большой и светлый. Сан узел так вообще, для отеля, огромного размера. Чисто уютно.Есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Не было времени. Если ещё будем в Ереване обязательно там остановимся.
