The hotel was needed for a rest between flights. It fulfilled its function. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the room needs updating. Soundproofing between rooms. The reception is friendly.

The location is great - everything is within walking distance.
The staff is beyond praise - friendly, caring.
Breakfasts... You won't leave hungry, but there isn't much variety. Probably it's definitely the cost of living, it's very, very inexpensive to live in this hotel.
The hotel interior is designed perfectly for the time when it was built, the technical execution is a bit lame, the wrong materials were chosen for long-term use.
We stayed for 5 days.

We came for new years eve to Yerevan and we thought this hotel was great because of its location. Unfortunately, its furniture is very dated and the water from the shower keeps on leaking from the part inside the glass to the remaining half of the room creating uncomfortable situations. Wifi connection is very poor and the bathroom really requires an update to modern standards.
