No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep.
Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

Overall not bad, but very cramped room, I think 20 m is more. It is especially difficult in the bathroom, given that all the doors open inward. There are no staff in the pool, the temperature in the sauna is 55-60 degrees, which was disappointing. In general, considering the price on this site, I am satisfied, but the hotel is certainly overrated. We didn't take breakfast, but we came in to have a look. It seems like everything is there, but the choice is modest. We had breakfast nearby in establishments. If the price is right, we will come back because of the location

We liked the hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, but there was a significant drawback: we were accommodated on the 2nd floor above the restaurant and we listened to the entire repertoire of this establishment. Therefore, when checking in, take this into account; we had room 204.

The hotel’s claim of having a 'spa experience' was misleading. The so-called 'spa' was just a small room with a single outdated massage chair. It was far from the relaxing retreat I was expecting. The Wi-Fi connection was abysmally slow and frequently dropped. For a hotel that caters to business travelers, this was unacceptable. I had to work from a nearby café instead

Breakfast was a joke. The 'continental' options were minimal, and what was available tasted bland and unappetizing. I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber. My stay was marred by a terrible experience with the front desk staff. They were unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance with a booking issue. The lack of professionalism was shocking

I encountered multiple maintenance issues during my stay, including a leaking faucet and a broken shower head. When I reported them, the response was slow and the problems were never fully resolved. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were threadbare. I woke up several times during the night due to an overly loud air conditioning unit. Overall, not a restful stay
