The hotel is in a very bad condition, roofs are dirty and not maintained at all. Almost no one speaks English and breakfast is not edible. Staffs are not helpful. Blankets are old and dirty. Rooms are in terrible condition Please please please do not choose this awful hotel

خیلی هتل خوب و تمیز و مرتبی بود برخورد عالی پرسنل محترم و عالی در هر زمان مرتب پاسخگویی داشتن.. صبحانه سلف عالی همه چی خوب و خوشمزه بود.. نظافت روزانه تمیز داشتن.. درکل یه هتل پرفکت و مهمانوازی هستن اگر دوباره بیام ایروان بی شک ارارات رو انتخاب میکنم

Unfortunately, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service and quality of services provided leave much to be desired. We changed 3 rooms during our week of stay because something was constantly not working. The main problems were with the bathroom. You shouldn't take breakfast either, they definitely don't look like 4*, they are meager even for a 3-star hotel.

Хорошая гостиница в центре города. Красивый просторный номер. Персонал доброжелательный, все вежливые. Лобби зелёное можно с чашкой чая посидеть там. Простые завтраки, но на любой вкус, включают в себя несколько видов яиц, овощей, сыр, колбаса, фрукты, выпечка. За 6 дней всегда был новый салат и гарнир. Завтрак довольно поздний с 9-11, но если ехать на экскурсию можно попросить пораньше организовать ланч-бокс. В гостинице есть сауна и небольшой бассейн, но нам не понадобился.

It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic. I like it very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and we had a good experience at this hotel! Especially Armine, Lilit,Anahit, Gayane , Geghetsik , Levon and all the staff 🥰 😉 Everything was really impressive! I highly recommend Ararat hotel! Thank you for your superb service!! I love you very much☺
