Ero qui per un convegno. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Certo, alcune cose non sono perfette. Ad esempio le sedie in sala ristorante hanno la decorazione in oro usurata e si vede che c'è la plastica sotto. Ma la camera era comoda, anche se molto rumorosa, e la colazione molto varia, ogni giorno cambiano qualcosa. Ma il punto di forza sembra la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle signore alla reception

Perfect hotel in the city center. Nice restaurants nearby, children's cafe and shops. It is few minutes far from the famous Cascade complex to spend time in the evening. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is helpfull and professional.

Great hotel.
A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan.
I believe that the breakfast can be better. Many thanks.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Kaskade und der dortigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Innenstadt erreicht man leicht mit der in der Nähe abfahrenden Metro. Im Gegensatz zur Innenstadt ist die Gegend am Abend sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das ausgesprochen gute Bett. Außer der unvermittelt und vernehmlich pfeifenden Toilettenspülung funktionierte alles und war sauber. Es gab genug Steckdosen und das wifi war gut. Das Frühstück mag nicht internationalen Ansprüchen genügen, war aber für lokale Verhältnisse gut.

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights at this hotel during our trip to Armenia in June. The hotel has a nice look, both from the inside and the outside and is not far from several of the most important attractions in Yerevan like the Cascade or the Republic Square. The staff was generally nice and after a noise complaint, we were given a large comfortable room in the 5th floor. We also had good window shades (the only hotel in this trip that had shades good enough for us not to wake up at 05:30 a.m. with the daylight). On the other hand, like most of the hotels we had in this trip, it seems that the building was built using paper walls: I find it hard to understand how, in a 5th floor room with double-glass windows, we could hear the street noise like we were standing in the middle of the road… quite annoying especially at 10-11 p.m. when there is still a lot of traffic noise. Moreover, on a windy night, we could see the inner curtains waving as the wind whistled through the not-so-well fit windows… We could also hear as our neighbor guests as they flushed the toilet or had a shower… It’s a pity that such a nice hotel has such a problem.

We were on a tour and transferred to this hotel knowing that this is Imperial 4 star hotel. Only to see the room was small and minibar is not working. Ive called for an ice bucket at past 11pm but the front desk told me that their service is closed and impossible to give. I became a little irate and asked her once more. She ended up saying she can provide only if i will go down to collect since nobody is on duty except to her (idk how true) i came down to get it and saw her busy with her bf. I didnt say anything , just sighed, took the ice and walk away. Terrible. The person who checked us in and checked us out (not sure if they are same person) & HK were very good and hospitable. Breakfast was okay. Location is best. Near to main attraction of the city.

La habitación estaba bien pese a que la decoración fuese un poco recargada Tiene buena ubicación y el desayuno está bastante bien, salvo por el hecho de que el café es soluble, como en casi toda Armenia
