Excellent location only one block from Cascade complex. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room and bathroom were very small with little room for storage. Our room on top (5th) floor had terrific view of Mount Ararat. Friendly breakfast staff.

Приветливый персонал, особенно молодой парень с бородой. К сожалению не запомнил его имя. Спасибо ему за помощь. Приветливые женщины на завтраке, доброжелательные. Сами завтраки нормальные. Можно попросить сварить кофе, вкусные сосиски, грудинка. Из минусов выпечка была не слишком свежей, не хватало творожной запеканки или сырников. Приветственной воды нет, в холодильнике, который почему-то в шкафу)) всё за деньги и цены космические. Есть сейф, но нет нормального стола. Нет чайника, чашек и это очень плохо! Полотенца меняли, иногда горячая вода шла не сразу. Двери в номер тоненькие, всё слышно. Вообщем соответствует тройке, без изысков. Мы были каждый день на экскурсиях, поэтому особо не замечали недостатки. Душевая кабина имеет странную конструкцию, вода льётся на пол. WI-FI есть, работает нормально. Вообщем жить можно. До Ани Плаза минут 12-15 от туда начинаются экскурсии.
