The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Republic Square. You can reach the main attractions in the city on foot, and there are many restaurants within a few hundred meters. The room is generally clean and tidy. It is a good value for money choice for this price.

The room is crowded and the furniture is too cumbersome. The location is very good. One person at the front desk is warm and the other is cold. The chartered car booked by the hotel is much more expensive than outside. If you rent a car out, there are many car options around the nearby square, and the price is half cheaper than the hotel.

Good solid hotel. Convenient location. Breakfast is beyond praise.

Probably price-quality, the best of the proposed options in this price category. Great location in the center. Nice rooms. Of course, it’s no longer a Hyatt, and there’s not champagne for breakfast every day, but it’s still a fairly pleasant hotel.

I am very satisfied with the location, service, environment and breakfast. The price is a bit high, but overall it is good. Food in the hotel is a bit expensive.

非常好的酒店，性價比很高，酒店位置非常好，就在共和廣場的邊上，距離歷史博物館和歌劇院都很近，房間的設施非常舒適，床品好，酒店的餐飲也很不錯，服務也很棒，前台英語很好。

Доброжелательный персонал, шикарное расположение. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Остались довольны и отелем и чудесным Ереваном.

I have traveled around the world and have stayed in many hotels in the United States as well, however, I’ve never been to such an exceptional Hotel as this one. It’s the 3rd time I am returning to stay here, and I am absolutely mesmerized by how wonderful it is to be here. Everything is just perfect. The bed and the sheets are so comfortable that I don’t wanna get out of the bed. I sleep a full night which hasn’t happened in the past 27 years although I have the most expensive mattress you can buy in the US. The breakfast is something that I’ve never seen in my entire life, anywhere, like anywhere in the world. They have freshly squeezed juices, honeycomb, delicatessen, and all kinds of cold cut meats, fresh vegetables and fruits and assortment of cheese from all over the world. They even have a selection of walnuts, almonds, and anything else you can think of. Their selection of fruit preserves and organic jams is just mind-boggling. High-quality bottled water is free and available anywhere in the hotel. This kind of breakfast keeps me up all day long and it’s just absolutely delicious. I have never experienced service like this anywhere in the world, including in Ritz Carlton. I am a customer for life! If you’re staying in Yerevan, you owe it to yourself to stay in this hotel. I will never stay anywhere else while I am in Armenia. I have initially extended my stay in Armenia by 2 weeks but ended up staying 2.5 months and that was because I liked this hotel so much, it’s crazy. I love Yerevan Place! 💚

Stayed as a couple at Yerevan Place in March 2024, great location , very close to republic square, city center , QUICK check in, great breakfast, polite staff , good size rooms but no views, bit uncomfortable as rooms are hot as still winter protocols means no air conditions, clean rooms and outside areas, good Wi-Fi, front office staff always helpful, overall good stay.

It was a great hotel, in a great area with very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was awesome with a large variety for every taste. We have a 10 month baby and when we arrived at hotel i ask reception for giving us baby bed, they said that they already put it in our room, it worth a lot for us. Also the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My friends and I had a wonderful vacation at Yerevan Place Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome.❤️ The hotel is in a great spot. It’s close to Republic Square, the History Museum, and lots of good restaurants and shops. We could easily walk to many places. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were friendly and always ready to help us. They gave us good tips on where to go and what to see in the city.❤️❤️ Our stay at Yerevan Place Hotel was perfect. It was a mix of comfort and warm hospitality. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.❤️

Great location _ just in a center and near to cafes, shops and parks ❤️. We have chosen Standard twin room and it was very big, clean and nice. Concierge helped us to organize all our small trips and ordered a taxi to go back to the airport. Surely will come back again!!!
