It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or ******* message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say.

Nice Hotel
Amazing Hotel, perfect staff...... only problem was the other guests, so drunk and racing cars in the car park....or drinking and playing music in the car park 4am......some guests are on business and this is not fair.......not everyone is here for a party.. lets all enjoy the Hotel...

Excellent, clean rooms with fantastic air conditioning. The menu was perfect, and the pool and jacuzzi experience were amazing. The staff was professional and polite. Congratulations to the entire team! I certainly recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at Aghababyan's Hotel with my family for five days, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the 5-star rating it claims to have. At best, I would rate it as a 4-star hotel, or even a fancy 3-star. Starting with the positives, the family room we stayed in was spacious and clean, which was a great relief. The staff was very polite and welcoming, especially Gurgen, whom we met at the restaurant, and the reception team. Their kindness was one of the few highlights of our stay. However, beyond these points, the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve encountered—limited options, low-quality food, and a lack of hygiene in the restaurant itself. The staff at the restaurant did not speak English, and even using a translator didn’t help them understand a basic request for cooked eggs. The location of the hotel is another drawback. It’s quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient for exploring. Additionally, the restaurant offered hardly any options for lunch or dinner, leaving us frustrated. To make matters worse, during our stay, there were noisy parties either in the hotel or nearby that went on until midnight, disrupting our rest. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again if I visit Armenia in the future.

Le personnel est très pro et aimable, très avenant
Seul soucis : les rideaux ne sont pas obstruants et le soleil tapait très fort le matin à travers les vitres donc il faut oublier la grasse matinée

Amazing situation Nice breakfast Good clean room Reception friendly and very helpful Big thanks to Nairi Location is a bit far away from city center but not a big deal with car Pool is very nice addition after long day meetings . What's better is that you can always have amazing food within hotel
