If you chose this accommodation because of the price, you’ll soon realize you're actually paying a high price for very little in return. What you can expect: An improvised setup in the lobby of a building, with misleading information on booking platforms. Most rooms have no windows and are extremely small. Expect loose flooring, poor ventilation, makeshift beds, insufficient cleanliness, and a bathroom with no separation between the toilet and shower—mainly because the space is tiny. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and completely unable to resolve even simple issues. One star for the central location—nothing else.

Об отеле: 20 метро, а не 100, от центра города, если знать, как выйти через двор😊. Вы окажетесь прямо перед выходом на площадь Республики.В отеле всего 6 номеров, поэтому ощущение, что Вы оказалось у кого-то в гостях, дома. В отеле отеле очень чисто, тихо, завтрак потрясающий!❤️ Выбор блюд разнообразный, много овощных закусок, и очень вкусная выпечка. Все по-домашнему и очень сведён. Готовят все это каждый день. Спасибо, милая Жанночка! В этом отеле я нахожусь прямо сейчас, уезжаю завтра. Путешествовать сейчас трудно: проблемы с картами, с платежами и тд. Туристы из некоторых стран боятся предвзятого отношения и тд. Но! Пишу отзыв потому что потрясена внимательным, добрым, чутким отношением со стороны персонала отеля. ОЧЕНЬ гостеприимные, клиентоориентированные, заботливые все: и администраторы ресепшн, и работник кухни и тд. ❤️❤️❤️ Если написать хоть один минус, то он такой -номера небольшие, но для одного-двоих -это идеальный вариант. Два шага и ты в центре. Рядом полно магазинов и кафе. Вообще Ереван -лучшая альтернатива Европе для путешествий, поэтому очень рекомендую! Еда нереально вкусная, город очень красивый и романтичный. Совет только один -постарайтесь с наличкой. С картами и правда трудно, но годятся и евро и доллары и рубли. Обменников рядом много.

Впервые попала в такой "отель". Зима. Так называемый "отель" не имеет отопления . Кондиционер на стене, гоняя нечищенную пыль , не в состоянии обогреть помещение. В душевой комнате - ВООБЩЕ нет отопления. Принимать душ при температуре близкой к 0 я не рискнула. Постель грязная. Попросила поменять- мне принесли сырое белье. Перестелила сама. Но лежать в ледяном номере на сырой постели под гудящим и воняющим кондиционером было совсем плохо. Встала в 23,45 и ушла из этой клоаки. Работник отеля вытребовал у меня деньги за проживание и завтрак ( до утра я там не смогла бы находиться) угрожая, что он работник правоохранительных органов.

24hours check in available. Staffs are very nice. Location is very near to republic square, near to restaurants and bars.Walking distance also to shops. Breakfast is basic but very tasty. Rooms are good enough. Place is very safe. Location is inside a building, so once u reached the place according to GPS, look at the building with security..near that security is the entrance of the hotel.

The worst hotel ever. Rude person at the reception. Room and especially bathroom smelled of sewage. Terrible breakfast. The only positive thing about this so called hotel is the location - otherwise it is a scam. It should not even be called a hotel, maybe a poor serviced guest house would be better. They already removed a negative review I had left. The only person helpful in that place was Hrand - the others were all rude and disrespectful.

With all my heart I want to say “Shame on you” for such “hospitality” in Yerevan! We booked a room on May 12, I immediately informed that we were arriving at night and asked if it was possible to check in, they gave me the answer “We will be waiting for you” (I attach a screenshot). Just to be sure, I called the manager and they also assured me that the number would be ours. On May 16, we arrived at the address around 4 am, the administrator was sleeping, we woke him up and he was extremely dissatisfied with this, and was also not aware that someone was checking in. I looked at the reservation and said come at 13.00 at our place, when I asked where we should go at 4 in the morning, he silently went to open some number and said that they do not accept cards for payment. He gave me a room without a window, there was no strength to argue, we flew for 24 hours from Serbia to Yerevan. At 10 am we were woken up and asked to urgently pay for everything, and then our patience came to an end. We said that we refuse to continue living in this place because of this attitude, and are ready to pay for half a day, but instead of “sorry,” they charged us 20,000 amd for 5 hours of sleep and for canceling the reserved room, which they forgot to prepare. It was a shame to the point of tears.
